Acceptance of Terms
By accessing digilyx.com or engaging with our digital marketing, SEO, Shopify development, or AI generation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Service Timelines & Deliverables
SEO results and social media growth are subject to search engine algorithms and market behavior. While Digilyx implements industry-leading AI and manual strategies, we do not guarantee exact timelines for ranking on Google. Shopify stores and graphics/video deliverables will be provided within the agreed-upon timeframe mentioned in the initial contract.
Payments & Billing
All payments for services (GMB optimization, Web Development, etc.) must be cleared as per the invoicing schedule. A standard upfront payment is required before the initiation of any project. Digilyx reserves the right to halt services if payments are delayed beyond the grace period.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables (website source code, final AI videos, and graphics). However, Digilyx retains the right to use the completed work as part of our portfolio and case studies unless a specific Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
Limitation of Liability
Digilyx shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or account suspensions by third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) due to their policy changes.
